Tomeka Cole | Founder & Strategic Partner



Tomeka Cole is a nonprofit executive, entrepreneur, fundraising strategist, and community leader with more than 24 years of experience helping organizations build relationships, strengthen revenue, and create meaningful impact. Throughout her career, Tomeka has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Development Officer and Vice President of Development and Marketing, where she led fundraising strategy, donor engagement, corporate partnerships, communications, special events, and community outreach initiatives. Her experience spans local, regional, and national organizations, providing her with a unique understanding of how to connect mission-driven work with the people and resources needed to support it. Beyond her professional leadership, Tomeka has remained deeply engaged in the community through board service, volunteer leadership, scholarship initiatives, and philanthropic work. As the founder of the Dynale Martin Foundation and a longtime advocate for community investment, she has helped create opportunities that support individuals, families, and future generations. After more than 24 years serving in executive leadership roles, Tomeka chose to channel her experience, network, and entrepreneurial spirit into eLoc—an organization built to help clients navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve meaningful results. As the founder of Exquisite Events by Meeka and now eLoc, Tomeka combines her passion for creating memorable experiences with her expertise in relationship building, strategic planning, and organizational growth. Known for her ability to connect donors, sponsors, community leaders, businesses, and stakeholders around a shared vision, she helps clients strengthen relationships, expand opportunities, and achieve meaningful results. Drawing upon an extensive network of trusted partners, vendors, corporate leaders, and community relationships cultivated over decades, Tomeka provides clients with access to resources and expertise that extend far beyond a single project. Kirkland Cole | Founder & Strategic Partner



Kirkland Cole is an entrepreneur, operations leader, and technology professional with extensive experience building businesses, managing complex infrastructure projects, and delivering large-scale technology solutions. As the owner of NuMega Technologies, he successfully led projects and contracts supporting public-sector, housing, and commercial clients throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. His expertise spans security technology, electronic access control systems, lighting solutions, operational logistics, project management, and infrastructure implementation. Over the course of his career, Kirkland has overseen high-value projects, led installation and operations teams, and developed solutions that strengthen security, efficiency, and long-term organizational performance. Known for his ability to connect strategic planning with flawless execution, Kirkland brings a practical, results-driven approach to every engagement. His leadership, business experience, and commitment to excellence help clients transform ideas into sustainable solutions that deliver lasting value.
